oh, sweet, sweet, chocolate redemption. I tempered chocolate like a pro (ha! told you I could!):
made two dark chocolate 2" tall layers that I halved horizontally, to make a 4-layer cake:
milk chocolate sourcream fudge frosting. omg.
yeah, it's kind of a gorgeous cake. my baking prowess has been reinstated. I can't wait to decorate it tomorrow!
