we first saw the place months ago, and took a handful of pictures then. the couple who lived here prior were packrats. there is just no term, polite or otherwise, to more accurately describe the state of the apartment during their tenure.
what, you think this looks nicely decorated? the sheer depth of that couch doesn't intimidate you?

needless to say, becca and I were feeling slightly apprehensive going into tonight's walk-through. we remembered liking the place a whole lot when we initially looked at it, but all we had to go by in terms of room dimensions and overall sense of the space were the few photos I had.
so imagine our great relief to walk in and see...
TA DA!
their stuff is gone, the place feels huge! we just could not stop remarking again and again to one another that we don't know how we're possibly going to fill all the space. we're so relieved and the place looks fantastic. can't wait for the big day tomorrow!!
